My mom finally got to come and meet and hold her grandsons! It was a really special moment for her, and me. She's in love! She's going to be coming to help us several days a week, which is really a relief for us. Her being here gives Andrew and I some more "me" time or "we" time, where we will be able to spend some time for ourselves, or together, that's not revolving around taking care of the twins. Today while she was here, I went for a walk at the waterfront, which was the first time I'd left the house in a week, and the first long walk I'd taken since several months ago, because at the end of my pregnancy my walks were about a 20 minute waddle at best. It felt great to be outside, get some exercise, and see other people out and about (from a safe distance, of course).
